This is a special behind the scenes tour of the design and fabrication studio draft works. Founder Mike Avery will showcase some recent fabrication projects, 3D Rhino Design software, and Grasshopper (a parametric design plugin for Rhino). We will also take a look at some of the larger fabrication tools, such as the CNC router and the software it uses. A brief Q & A session will follow.
The studio is located on the 200 block of New Street, South of Vine, near the Ben Franklin Bridge. Street parking is available.
