This is a weekly afterschool program that offers the opportunity for 3rd to 5th grade students to have fun tinkering and making projects that involve science, technology, math and art. Projects explore concepts related to simple machines, basic electronics, basic programming, digital fabrication and multimedia production. Each session offers the option for students to complete a project designed by our instructors, plus additional time for self-directed work on a project of their choice.
All teachers and volunteers are experienced in teaching and working with kids, and are subject to a thorough background check.
This sessions dates are 11/7, 11/14, 11/21, 12/5, 12/12, and 12/19. We will not have a session the Friday after Thanksgiving or after Christmas.
